COVID-19 DELIVERY CHANGES SAFETY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

At Roocou we are making some changes to the way our parcels are received 'contact-free delivery' right to everyone's doorsteps. These include upon receipt of your Royal Mail Tracking Number the following:

- Asking customers to choose a safe place for deliveries. Anybody due to receive a parcel from Roocou should visit the tracking section on Royal Mail and choose 'divert' to select a safe place to leave your parcel

- If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then postal workers will leave the parcel there, even when there is someone in the property.

In order to protect the Postal Teams and Roocou Customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery.  They will not be handing over hand-held devices to you our customers to capture signatures  instead they will log the name of the person accepting the item.  

If you are unable to come to the door at all we will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from our local Customer Service Point on your behalf. In this situation, and to keep your mail as secure as possible, they will need to bring along the card we left you and relevant ID.

 

We will do our best to also notify you of any changes, via here on our website. Also, please note that we endeavour to deliver your order in line with the service you've chosen as a top priority. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

***Please ensure the correct full shipping address is input when ordering***

Please note our delivery system relies on the customer inputting the correct shipping address in order to deliver in the specified timescales. This includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Couriers cannot deliver in the specified timescales if any of these are input incorrectly/are missing. We cannot be held responsible for orders going missing within the couriers’ system due to incorrect addresses given as couriers’ will not reimburse if the address is incorrect.
